The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when the contents of the graves are brought out and poured forth (all mankind is resurrected). 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 Surely on that Day will their Lord be fully informed about them. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
