The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the racers, panting, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 And verily, he is violent in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11
Almighty Allah's Truth.
