If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand? 68 And We have not taught him (Muhammad) poetry, nor is it meet for him. This is naught else than a Reminder and a Lecture making plain, 69 that he may warn whosoever is living, and that the Word may be realized against the unbelievers. 70 Do they not see that, among the things which Our hands have fashioned, We have created for them cattle of which they are the masters, 71 Whom We made subservient to them so that some of them they ride and some they eat? 72 they also have other uses in them and drinks. What, will they not give thanks! 73 Yet they have taken, apart from God, gods; haply they might be helped. 74 They are not able to help them, and they [themselves] are for them soldiers in attendance. 75 Muhammad, let not their words annoy you. We certainly know whatever they conceal or reveal. 76 IS MAN, then, not aware that it is We who create him out of a [mere] drop of sperm - whereupon, lo! he shows himself endowed with the power to think and to argue? 77 And he hath coined for Us a similitude, and hath forgotten the fact of his creation, saying: Who will revive these bones when they have rotted away? 78 Say: 'He will quicken them who originated them the first time; He has knowledge of every creation; 79 [It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite. 80 Is He who created the heavens and the earth unable to create their like? Yes, indeed, He is the Creator, the Knower. 81 when He decrees a thing, He need only say, "Be!" and it is. 82 Therefore glory be to Him in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things, and to Him you shall be brought back. 83
