O Ye who believe! seek help in patience and prayer; verily Allah is with the patient. 153 And call not those who are slain in the way of Allah "dead." Nay, they are living, only ye perceive not. 154 We shall certainly test you with fear and hunger, and loss of property, lives and crops. Give good news to those who endure with fortitude. 155 Those who say, when afflicted with a calamity, "We belong to God and to Him we shall return," 156 Their Lord will bestow great blessings and mercy upon them; such are the people who are rightly guided. 157 ۞ Truly Safa and Marwa are the symbols of God. Whoever goes on pilgrimage to the House (of God), or on a holy visit, is not guilty of wrong if he walk around them; and he who does good of his own accord will find appreciation with God who knows everything. 158 Those who conceal the evidence of the truth and the guidance We have revealed, after We have made them clear to people in the Scripture, will be rejected by God and so do others. 159 Excepted, however, shall be they that repent, and put themselves to rights, and make known the truth: and it is they whose repentance I shall accept - for I alone am the Acceptor of Repentance, the Dispenser of Grace. 160 Lo! Those who disbelieve, and die while they are disbelievers; on them is the curse of Allah and of angels and of men combined. 161 Abiding eternally therein. The punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved. 162 Your God is one God; there is no god other than He, the compassionate, ever-merciful. 163
