Al-Naba' 2 of 2

As for those who preserve themselves from evil and follow the straight path, there is attainment for them: 31 luxuriant gardens and vinyards, 32 And maidens of a single age. 33 And a full cup. 34 There they shall not hear any idle talk, or any untruth: 35 [As] reward from your Lord, [a generous] gift [made due by] account, 36 the Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that is between them, the Merciful, of whom they are unable to speak. 37 The day when Jibreel and all the angels will stand in rows; none will be able to speak except one whom the Most Gracious commands and who spoke rightly. (Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to be granted permission to intercede.) 38 That is the True Day; therefore whoever wills may take the path towards his Lord. 39 Verily We! We have warned you of a torment nigh at hand, a Day whereon a man shall behold that which his hands have sent forth, and the infidel will say: would that I were dust! 40
