۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So We turned them out of gardens and springs, 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
