Do you not see how those who dispute about the verses of Allah how they are turned about? 69 Those who reject the Book and that with which We have sent Our Apostle; but they shall soon come to know, 70 When iron collars will be rounded over their necks, and the chains, they shall be dragged along. 71 into boiling water, then, into the Fire they shall be poured. 72 Then shall it be said to them: "Where are the (deities) to which ye gave part-worship- 73 Beside Allah? They will say: they have failed us; aye! we have not been calling upon aught afore. Thus doth Allah lead the infidels astray. 74 “This is the recompense of your being happy upon falsehood in the earth, and the recompense of your conceit.” 75 Enter Hell now to abide in it. How woeful is the abode of those who wax proud! 76 HENCE, remain thou patient in adversity - for, verily, God's promise always comes true. And whether We show thee [in this world] something of what We hold in store for those [deniers of the truth,] or whether We cause thee to die [ere that retribution takes place - know that, in the end,] it is unto Us that they will be brought back. 77 Indeed We sent many Messengers before you: of them there are some whose account We have narrated to you and there are others whose account We have not narrated to you. It did not lie in any Messenger's power to bring any Sign except with Allah's leave. So when Allah's decree came, the matter was decided with justice, and those steeped in error courted utter loss, then and there. 78
