Al-Zalzalah
The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 on that Day will she recount all her tidings, 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it! 7 And whoever does an evil deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
