And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 And set not up another god with Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me. 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 Indeed it is Allah, Who is the Greatest Sustainer, the Strong, the Able. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
