And the heaven, We raised it high with power, and most surely We are the makers of things ample. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 We have created everything in pairs so that perhaps you may take heed. 49 Therefor flee unto Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from him. 50 Do not set up another god with God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I have not created jinn and mankind except to serve Me. 56 I seek no livelihood from them, nor do I ask that they should feed Me. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
