The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 Hence, I shall not drive away [any of] those [who profess to be] believers; 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 He said: My Lord! Surely my people give me the lie! 117 "Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the Believers who are with me." 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 And lo, thy Lord, He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
