Al-Hijjr 2 of 6
And indeed, We have put the big stars in the heaven and We beautified it for the beholders. 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 And We have provided sustenance for you on it and also for those of whom you are not the providers. 20 And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 Surely We know those of you who have passed before and those who will come later. 24 Assuredly it is thy Lord Who will gather them together: for He is perfect in Wisdom and Knowledge. 25
