Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 If he is a Companion of the Right 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 96
True are the words of God the Almighty.
