The people of Nooh denied the Noble Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if you could (but) know. 113 And I am not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 We saved him and those who were with him in a fully laden Ark, 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
