Tell them, (O Prophet): “I am nothing but a warner. There is no deity but Allah, the One, the Supreme, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver." 66 Say: "This is a message tremendous: 67 [how can] you turn away from it?" 68 I had no knowledge of the Exalted Assembly when they argued [against the creation of man]: 69 it has only been revealed to me that I am a plain warner." 70 When your Lord said to the angels: “Verily I am creating a human being from clay. 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 all the angel then prostrated themselves 73 except Iblis. He waxed proud and became one of the unbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 Satan replied, "I am better than him. You created me from fire, but You created him from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get thee out from here: for thou art rejected, accursed. 77 My condemnation will be with you until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 till the Appointed Day." 81 He (satan) said: 'I swear by Your Might, that I will seduce all of them 82 "Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)." 83 The Lord said, "I swear by the Truth - and I speak the Truth - 84 That I shall fill hell with thee and with such of them as follow thee, together. 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 And most certainly you will come to know about it after a time. 88
