Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the Mighty, the Pardoning. 66 Say: 'This is a mighty message 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 It is revealed unto me only that I may be a plain warner. 70 (Remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Truly, I am going to create man from clay". 71 So when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration." 72 Then the angels bowed themselves all together, 73 Except Iblis. He was filled with pride and turned an unbeliever. 74 Allah said: O Iblis! what preventeth thee from prostrating thyself before that which I have created with both my hands? Becomest thou stiff-necked, or art thou of the exalted ones? 75 Satan replied, "I am better than him. You created me from fire, but You created him from clay." 76 'Begone' said He, 'you are stoned'. 77 My curse will remain upon you till the Day of Judgement!" 78 He (satan) replied: 'Respite me my Lord till the Day of Resurrection' 79 He said: “You are of those who have been granted respite 80 Until the Day of the time well-known." 81 He said: Then, by Thy might, I surely will beguile them every one, 82 "Except Thy Servants amongst them, sincere and purified (by Thy Grace)." 83 (Allah) said: "Then it is just and fitting- and I say what is just and fitting- 84 That I shall fill Hell with thee and such of them as shall follow thee, all together. 85 (O Prophet), tell them: “I do not ask you for any recompense for the performance of this task; nor am I given to affectation. 86 It is naught but an admonition unto the worlds. 87 And ye will come in time to know the truth thereof. 88
