Have you then seen him who turns his back? 33 Who gives but little, and is niggardly? 34 What! Has he knowledge of the Unseen so that he can see? 35 Or is he not informed with what is in the Pages (Scripture) of Musa (Moses), 36 And Abraham who paid his debt: 37 that no bearer of burdens shall be made to bear another's burden; 38 nor can man achieve anything without hard labor. 39 And that his effort will soon be scrutinised? 40 Thereafter he shall be recompensed therefor with the fullest recompense. 41 And that unto thy Lord is the goal. 42 and that He it is Who causes people to laugh and to cry, 43 And that He it is Who causes death and gives life- 44 and He it is Who created the two kinds, the male and the female, 45 From Nutfah (drops of semen male and female discharges) when it is emitted; 46 and that upon Him is the second creation 47 that it is He who gives wealth and possessions; 48 That He is the Lord of Sirius (the Mighty Star); 49 that He it is Who destroyed the ancient 'Ad, 50 And destroyed the tribe of Thamud, not sparing anyone? 51 And before them, the people of Nooh? Indeed they were more unjust and more rebellious than these! 52 And the subverted cities He overthrew. 53 and caused them to be covered with that which He covered them with. 54 Then which of the favors of your Lord do you doubt? 55 He who warns you is one of the warners of old. 56 There hath approached the approaching Hour. 57 There is no one to unveil it apart from God. 58 Will you, then, wonder at this? 59 And you laugh, and do not weep! 60 Wasting your time in vanities? 61 So prostrate yourselves before God and worship him. ۩ 62
