a multitude of the ancients, 39 and many from the later generations. 40 BUT AS FOR those who have persevered in evil - what of those who have persevered in evil? 41 In scorching wind and boiling hot water. 42 And shadow of black smoke, 43 neither cold nor graceful in shape. 44 and before that they lived at ease, 45 and persisted in the great sin 46 It was they who said, "Shall we be resurrected after we die and have turned into dust and bones? 47 And also our forefathers? 48 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "(Yes) verily, those of old, and those of later times. 49 Shall most surely be gathered together for the appointed hour of a known day. 50 Then lo! ye, the erring, the deniers, 51 shall eat the fruit of the tree of Zaqqum, 52 "Then you will fill your bellies therewith, 53 "And drink boiling water on top of it, 54 lapping it down like thirsty camels.' 55 This shall be their hospitality on the Day of Doom. 56 It is He who created you, then why do you not affirm the truth? 57 Have you thought about [the semen] that you discharge -- 58 Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator? 59 We have [indeed] decreed that death shall be [ever-present] among you: but there is nothing to prevent Us 60 That We may substitute others like unto you and produce you into that which ye know not. 61 And indeed, you have already known the first form of creation (i.e. the creation of Adam), why then do you not remember or take heed? 62 So what is your opinion regarding what you sow? 63 Do you yourselves sow it, or are We the Sowers? 64 We could turn it, if We pleased, into straw; then you would rue the day, 65 Surely we are burdened with debt: 66 nay; we have been undone!” 67 Have you thought about the water you drink? 68 Is it you that send it down from the clouds, or are We the senders? 69 Had We wanted, We could have made it salty. Why then do you not give thanks? 70 And have you seen the fire that you ignite? 71 Did you make its timber to grow, or did We make it? 72 We have made it to be a reminder and a benefit for the wayfarers. 73 Then magnify the Name of thy Lord, the All-mighty. 74

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
تشير بداية ونهاية كل سورة الى السور المنزلة قبلها و بعدها. يمكنك الضغط على أي منها للذهاب إليها.
The beginning and end of every Surah mention the Surahs sent down before and after. You can click or tap on either one to go there.
اقرأ القرآن الكريم كله ملونا بالكامل، حيث تولد ألوان وأشكال الصفحات بشكل عشوائي تماما بحيث لا يتكرر التركيب نفسه مرتين.
Read the entire Holy Quran in full color, where pages randomly generate their colors and shapes so that the same scheme never repeats twice.
