Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 So make no haste against them (O Muhammad). We do but number unto them a sum (of days). 84 On the day when We shall assemble the righteous towards the Most Gracious, as guests. 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 having no power of intercession, save those who have taken with the All-merciful covenant. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 You have done an atrocious thing. 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 although it is inconceivable that the Most Gracious should take unto Himself a son! 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
