Nuh said: My Lord! surely they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children have added to him nothing but loss. 21 and they have hatched a mighty plot, 22 and have said to each other, 'Do not give-up your idols. Do not renounce Wadd, Suwa`, Yaghuth, Ya`uq and Nasr (names of certain idols). 23 They have led many astray; so lead the wrongdoers to further error." 24 Because of their sins they were drowned, then made to enter a Fire. And they found they had no helpers in place of Allah. 25 And Nuh said: my Lord! leave not upon the earth of the infidels one inhabitant. 26 For surely if Thou leave them they will lead astray Thy servants, and will not beget any but immoral, ungrateful (children) 27 “O my Lord! Forgive me, and my parents, and the believers who are in my house, and all other Muslim men and Muslim women; and do not increase anything for the unjust except ruin.” 28
