In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Alif Lam Ra. These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) manifest. 1 Indeed We have sent down an Arabic Qur’an, so that you may perceive. 2 Through the revelation of this Qur'an We narrate the best of histories of which you were unaware before. 3 Remember when Yusuf (Joseph) said to his father, “O my father! I saw eleven stars and the sun and the moon – I saw them prostrating to me.” 4 He said, "O my son, do not relate your vision to your brothers or they will contrive against you a plan. Indeed Satan, to man, is a manifest enemy. 5 Thus thy Lord will prefer thee and will teach thee the interpretation of events, and will perfect His grace upon thee and upon the family of Jacob as He perfected it upon thy forefathers, Abraham and Isaac. Lo! thy Lord is Knower, Wise. 6
