But what is the matter with the unbelievers, that they strain their glances continuously towards them, 36 towards thee on the right hand and on the left hand in knots? 37 Coveteth every man of them, that he shall enter the Garden of Delight? 38 By no means! verily We! We have created them from that which they know. 39 So I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are certainly able 40 to substitute a better than they; We shall not be outstripped. 41 Therefore leave them alone to go on with the false discourses and to sport until they come face to face with that day of theirs with which they are threatened; 42 The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening. 43 Their eyes lowered in dejection, ignominy covering them (all over)! such is the Day the which they are promised! 44
