Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 Woe to those who pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 And withhold [simple] assistance. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
