The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who hath created and then proportioned, 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 And Who bringeth out the (green and luscious) pasture, 4 Then makes it dried up, dust-colored. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We will make it easy for thee (to follow) the simple (Path). 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 but the reprobates will turn away 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 Nay, you prefer the life of this world; 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and everlasting. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
