۞ Say: "I urge upon you only one thing: Stand up for God two by two or one by one, and think and reflect!" There is no madness about your companion. He is a warner against the dreadful affliction (that awaits). 46 Say: "No reward do I ask of you: it is (all) in your interest: my reward is only due from Allah: And He is witness to all things." 47 Proclaim, “Indeed my Lord sends down the truth; the All Knowing of all the hidden.” 48 Say, "The truth has come. Falsehood has vanished and it will not come back again". 49 Say thou: if ever I go astray, I shall stray only against myself, and if I remain guided it is because of that which my Lord hath revealed unto me. Verily He is Hearing, Nigh. 50 And if you could see when they are terrified but there is no escape, and they will be seized from a place nearby. 51 then they will say, "We now believe in Him." But how will they attain to faith, having gone so far away from it? 52 They had surely denied it before and aimed without seeing from so far away. 53 A gulf will exist between them and their desires on the Day of Judgment like the similar people who lived before. They, too, had lived in doubt and uncertainty (about the life hereafter). 54
