Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 And removed from thee thy burden 2 Which had weighed upon your back 3 And did We not exalt your fame? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 So when you finish the prayer, strive in supplication. 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
