Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 Its night doth He endow with darkness, and its splendour doth He bring out (with light). 29 and the earth-after that He spread it out, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 And Hell made visible to him who can see, 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 And for one who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from desire, 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They ask you about the hour, when it will come. 42 What concern do you have regarding its explanation? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 Thou art but [sent] to warn those who stand in awe of it. 45 It will be, on the Day they see it, as though they had not remained [in the world] except for an afternoon or a morning thereof. 46
