The Key (Al-Faatehah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful 1

All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful; 3 Sovereign of the Day of Requital. 4 Thee alone do we worship; and unto Thee alone do we turn for aid. 5 Direct us on to the Straight Way, 6 The path of those You have blessed, Not of those who have earned Your anger, nor those who have gone astray. 7
