▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah). 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Have they handed this down to one another? They are certainly a people who exceed all bounds, 53 (Muhammad), leave them alone and you will not be blamed. 54 And remind (by preaching the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. 55 I have not created the jinns and men but to worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures). 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
