What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 Gave darkness to its night, and brightness to its day; 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 So when the greatest universal disaster arrives, 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 Then as for him who waxed exorbitant, 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 To your Lord belongs (the knowledge of) the term thereof? 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day when they behold it, it will be as if they had but tarried for an evening or the morn thereof. 46
