Moses said: "Lord! Open my breast for me; 25 and make my task easy for me. 26 Loosen the knot in my tongue, 27 that they may understand my words. 28 Appoint a deputy (for me) from my own people. 29 Harun, my brother. 30 "Increase my strength with him, 31 and let him share my task, 32 That we may glorify Thee much 33 and remember you often. 34 Verily, You have always watched over us." 35 Said He: "Thou art granted all that thou hast asked for, O Moses! 36 "And indeed We conferred a favour on you another time (before). 37 when We inspired thy mother with this inspiration: 38 "Cast him into the ark, and cast him into the river, and let the river throw him up on the shore. An enemy of Mine and his shall take him." And I loaded on thee love from Me, and to be formed in My sight, 39 "Behold! thy sister goeth forth and saith, 'shall I show you one who will nurse and rear the (child)?' So We brought thee back to thy mother, that her eye might be cooled and she should not grieve. Then thou didst slay a man, but We saved thee from trouble, and We tried thee in various ways. Then didst thou tarry a number of years with the people of Midian. Then didst thou come hither as ordained, O Moses! 40 “And I created you especially for Myself.” 41 “You and your brother, both go with My signs, and do not slacken in My remembrance.” 42 Go to Pharaoh, for he has become insolent. 43 But speak gently to him; perhaps he may yet take heed or even feel afraid." 44 'O our Lord' both said, 'We fear lest he may be excessive against us or become insolent' 45 (The Lord) said: "Be not afraid.
