The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 Had We so willed, We could have sent down unto them a message from the skies, so that their necks would [be forced to] bow down before it in humility. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Most surely there is a sign in that, but most of them will not believe. 8 Your Lord is surely mighty and merciful. 9
