In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

All praise unto Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. 2 the Merciful, the Most Merciful, 3 The Only Owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) 4 You alone we worship and from You alone we seek help (and may we always). 5 Guide us Thou unto the path straight 6 The way of those whom You have favoured, who did not incur Your wrath, who are not astray. 7
