(Consider) when Moses said to his young companion, "I shall continue travelling until I reach the junction of the two seas or have travelled for many years". 60 But when they reached the junction between the two [seas,] they forgot all about their fish, and it took its way into the sea and disappeared from sight. 61 So when they had passed beyond it, [Moses] said to his boy, "Bring us our morning meal. We have certainly suffered in this, our journey, [much] fatigue." 62 He said, "Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan - that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly". 63 He said: This is what we sought for; so they returned retracing their footsteps. 64 and found one of Our servants, on whom We had bestowed grace from Ourselves and unto whom We had imparted knowledge [issuing] from Ourselves. 65 Moses said to him: "May l follow you that you may teach me something of the wisdom which you have been taught?" 66 He said: "You will not be able to bear with me. 67 for how couldst thou be patient about something that thou canst not comprehend within the compass of [thy] experience?" 68 "You will find me patient if God wills," said Moses; "and I will not disobey you in any thing." 69 He said, "Well then, if you would follow me, do not ask me about anything till I speak of it to you." 70
