The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the rangers ranging 1 Then those who drive away with reproof, 2 By the angels reciting the praise. 3 Indeed, your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything between them; Lord of the Easts. 5 We have adorned the lower heaven with the adornment of the stars 6 And as protection against every rebellious devil 7 The devils cannot hear those high above. They would be struck from all sides 8 Outcast, and theirs is a perpetual torment; 9 Except him who snatcheth away a word by stealth, and him then pursueth a glowing flame. 10 Then ask them whether they are stronger in creation or those (others) whom We have created. Surely We created them of firm clay. 11 Yet while you are filled with wonder, they just scoff; 12 And when they are reminded, they mind not, 13 And when they see a sign they incite one another to scoff, 14 And they say, “This is nothing but clear magic.” 15 What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we indeed be raised up? 16 And our forefathers [as well]?" 17 Say thou: and verily ye; shall then be despicable. 18 So that is just a single jolt, thereupon they will begin staring. 19 and they will say: 'Woe for us. This is the Day of Recompense' 20 This is the Day of Separation, which ye used to deny. 21
