The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Lo! herein is indeed a portent; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
