Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak 1 From the evil of that which He created; 2 "and from the evil of the black darkness whenever it descends, 3 "And from the evil of the witchcrafts when they blow in the knots, 4 And from the evil of an envier when he envies." 5

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
