1/2 Hizb 1
< 6 >
< random >
O Children of Israel! Remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil your (part of the) covenant, I shall fulfil My (part of the) covenant, and fear Me. 40 And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is [already] with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And do not exchange My signs for a small price, and fear [only] Me. 41 Confound not truth with falsehood, nor knowingly conceal the truth. 42 And be steadfast in prayer; practise regular charity; and bow down your heads with those who bow down (in worship). 43 ۞ Do you bid other people to be pious, the while you forget your own selves - and yet you recite the divine writ? Will you not, then, use your reason?! 44 Seek help with patience and prayer; this is indeed an exacting discipline, but not to the humble, 45 Who are certain that they will meet their Lord and that they will return to Him. 46
