AND IT IS We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it. 47 And the earth have We spread out wide - and how well have We ordered it! 48 And all things We have created by pairs, that haply ye may reflect. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 “And do not appoint other deities along with Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 it is God who is the great Sustainer, the Mighty One, the Invincible. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 Woe, then, unto those who disbelieve in their Day which they are promised. 60
