Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them, the Almighty, the Most Forgiving." 66 Say: It is a message of importance, 67 "From which you turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted chiefs when they contended: 69 'Only this has been revealed to me: that I am to give warning plainly and publicly." 70 When your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man from clay; 71 So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him." 72 Then the angels bowed before him in a body, 73 Except Iblis. He was filled with pride and turned an unbeliever. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 He said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay." 76 He said: “Get out of here; surely you are accursed, 77 Upon you will be My damnation till the Day of Doom." 78 He said: My Lord! then respite me to the day that they are raised. 79 so He said, "You are granted respite 80 Till the appointed day." 81 He (satan) said: 'I swear by Your Might, that I will seduce all of them 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 He (i.e. Allah) said: “This is the Truth -- and I only speak the Truth -- 84 I will fill up Hell with you and every one of them who follows you." 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 This is nothing else but a reminder to all the worlds, 87 you shall before long know its truth." 88
