Tell them, (O Prophet): “I am nothing but a warner. There is no deity but Allah, the One, the Supreme, 65 Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them, the Almighty, the Most Forgiving." 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 To which you pay no heed. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 Your Lord said to the angels, "I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 “So when I have perfected him and breathed into him a spirit from Myself, (you all) fall down before him in prostration.” 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 Except Iblis; he was proud and was, from the beginning, a disbeliever. 74 Said Allah, “O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating before one whom I have created with My hands*? Have you become proud or were you haughty from the beginning?” (Used as a metaphor). 75 He said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay." 76 Said He, 'Then go thou forth hence; thou art accursed. 77 My curse will remain upon you till the Day of Judgement!" 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 The Lord said, "You will only be given a respite 80 Until the Day of the time appointed. 81 (Iblis) said: "Then, by Thy power, I will put them all in the wrong, 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 Said Allah, “So this is the truth; and I speak only the truth.” – 84 That I will fill Hell with you [Iblis (Satan)] and those of them (mankind) that follow you, together." 85 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 you shall before long know its truth." 88
