Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 Will be the food of the Sinful,- 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 (It will be said) "Seize him and drag him into the midst of blazing Fire, 47 Then pour unto their heads the boiling water to torment them". 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Surely those who fear and follow the straight path will be in a place of peace and security 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 Dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, they will face each other; 53 so it will be. We shall wed them to maidens with large, dark eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit, in peace and security. 55 They will never taste death therein except the first death (of this world), and He will save them from the torment of the blazing Fire, 56 As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement! 57 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue, that haply they may remember. 58 Wait, then; they too are waiting. 59

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
