Say: 'My worshipers who believe, fear your Lord. For those who do good in this world there is good and the earth of Allah is wide; surely, those who are patient will be recompensed in full without count' 10 Say (O Muhammad): Lo! I am commanded to worship Allah, making religion pure for Him (only). 11 I am ordered to be the first of those to be submissive (Muslims to Him)' 12 Say: I fear, if I disobey my Lord, the chastisement of a grievous day. 13 Say: "I worship God with devotion all-exclusive for Him. 14 You may worship what you will apart from Him." Say: "Surely the greatest losers will be those who will lose their own selves and their people on the Day of Resurrection." Remember, this will be an all-too-evident loss. 15 Above them they shall have layers of fire and beneath them layers. By this Allah puts fear into His worshipers' 'O My worshipers, fear Me' 16 There are happy tidings for those who keep away from the worship of false gods and turn to God in repentance. Give glad tidings to My creatures. 17 (Muhammad), give the glad news to those of Our servants who listen to the words and only follow the best ones. Tell them that they are those whom God has guided. They are the people of understanding. 18 Is he on whom the word of doom is fulfilled (to be helped), and canst thou (O Muhammad) rescue him who is in the Fire? 19 But those who fear their Lord -- for them await lofty chambers, above which are built lofty chambers, underneath which rivers flow -- God's promise; God fails not the tryst. 20 Have you not seen that God sends down water from the sky, guides it to form springs in the earth, and then, with it, brings forth vegetation of various colours, which later withers, turns yellow before your eyes, and then He makes it crumble away? There is truly a reminder in this for those who possess understanding. 21
