[O MEN! Pay heed to God's messages,] for it is He who has endowed you with hearing, and sight, and minds: [yet] how seldom are you grateful! 78 And it is He Who has created you on the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered back. 79 And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They said: "When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected indeed? 82 We and our forefathers were promised this before. This is nothing but fables of the ancients." 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say: Unto Allah. Say: Will ye not then remember? 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Great Throne' 86 They will say: "God." Say: "Then why do you not obey and fear Him?" 87 Say: 'In whose hand is the dominion of everything, protecting and Himself unprotected, if you have knowledge?' 88 They will reply spontaneously, "It is God." Ask them, "Why has falsehood bewitched you?" 89 In fact We brought the Truth to them, and indeed they are liars. 90 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege. 91 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, High Exalted be He above that they associate. 92
