The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger sent to you. 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 He said, 'What knowledge have I of that they have been doing? 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 They said: If you desist not, O Nuh, you shall most certainly be of those stoned to death. 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122
