The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 (It is) a Day whereon men will be like moths scattered about, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Balance 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
