▼ 8 The Spoils of War
Al-Anfaal 8 of 10

Let not those who disbelieve deem that they have escaped, verily they cannot frustrate. 59 Muster against them whatever you are able of force and tethers (ropes) of horses, so that you strike terror into the enemies of Allah and your enemy, and others besides them whom you do not know but Allah does. All that you spend in the Way of Allah shall be repaid to you. You shall not be wronged. 60 ۞ But if the enemy incline towards peace, do thou (also) incline towards peace, and trust in Allah: for He is One that heareth and knoweth (all things). 61 And if they seek to deceive thee, then verily Allah is sufficient unto thee. He it is who aided thee with His succour and with the believers. 62 And united their hearts; had you spent all that is in the earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allah united them; surely He is Mighty, Wise. 63 O Prophet, Allah suffices you and whosoever follows you of the believers. 64
