Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Rivalry in worldly increase distracteth you 1 even till you visit the tombs. 2 Nay! You shall come to know! 3 Nay, but ye will come to know! 4 Indeed, did you know with certain knowledge 5 You have indeed to behold Hell; 6 In the end you will indeed, most surely, behold it with the eye of certainty: 7 Then, on that Day, you will be called to account for all the bounties you enjoyed. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
