The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Woe unto every slanderer, traducer, 1 who amasses wealth and counts it over and again. 2 Does he think his wealth will abide for ever with him? 3 Nay! Verily, he will be thrown into the crushing Fire. 4 And what will explain to thee That which Breaks to Pieces? 5 The fire of Allah, kindled, 6 The which doth mount (Right) to the Hearts: 7 Surely it shall be closed over upon them, 8 In extended columns. 9
