The Poets (Alshu'araa')

227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 Those are the verses of the clear Book. 2 Possibly you may risk your life (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) by grieving, because they did not believe. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 9
